With loads of country music due out before the end of April, this week’s National Country Review Friday Five is all about getting excited for those new albums.
1. “It’s Your Move†by Josh Kelley
Country artist, and brother of former Lady Antebellum star Charles Kelley, Josh Kelley has been a busy man this year. While currently on tour, Kelley is also promoting his album released today titled New Lane Road which includes two upbeat tracks written with help from his brother Charles.

2. “Reckless†by Martina McBride
Also staying busy in 2016 is Martina McBride who has announced she will be dropping her album by the end of the month. The album, titled Reckless, is accompanied by her North American tour stretching all the way into this September.

3. “Brace For Impact (Live A Little)†by Sturgill Simpson
Our next artist will drop his album A Sailor’s Guide to Earth on April 15 via a live streaming on NPR. The album is also available for pre-order now from Simpson’s website below.

4. “You Leave Alone†by Hayes Carll
This artist’s album Lovers and Leavers is already available to listen to and purchase since it was released earlier this month on April 8. Carll is currently on tour promoting his album which he will continue to do through the summer until late August.
