The country duo is expanding their talents as singers and songwriters to a new venture where they can inspire and boost other artists onto the country music stage.

After meeting at Belmont University, Brian Kelley and Tyler Hubbard moved to Nashville and took their creative rebel personalities with them. Looking up to artists who broke music molds such as Johnny Cash and Garth Brooks, Florida Georgia Line has morphed into a dominating powerhouse in the country music industry.

The band has topped the charts with their hit songs “Cruise,” “Get Your Shine On,” and “This is How we Roll” from their first studio album Here’s to Good Times. Their latest award-winning album Anything Goes was also a country music landmark with the hit songs “Dirt,” “Sundaze,” and “Sippin’ on Fire.” Despite all of their recognition in the industry, Florida Georgia Line has decided not to stop innovating and created their own label, Tree Vibez Music, in order to continue to shape country music and give people an opportunity to not just listen to music but to feel it as well.

Inspired by Kelley’s treetop recording studio for the show Treehouse Masters, Tree Vibez Music is a production company with the mission of finding artists who can break tradition and add fresh sounds to the radio while pursing the dream by Florida Georgia Line’s side. Artist and industry game changer Jordan Schmidt fits the frame, and is first to sign with the label.

Jordan Schmidt is from Duluth Minnesota whose talents range from songwriter to producer to mix engineer. He has worked with artists such as Motion City Soundtrack, One Ok Rock, All Time Low, and Quietdrive. After being drawn to music at an early age and starting to produce music at just sixteen years old, Schmidt will now be a substantial lead in the publishing company.
