The Country Music Festival is right around the corner, and here’s why you should be getting just as excited as we are.
With the Country Music Festival being less than 45 days away, we are extremely excited here at National Country Review. The CMA Festival will be held Thursday, June 11th through Sunday, June 14th in Nashville, at the Music City Center. The festival began in 1972 as was known as Fan Fair. In 2011, the festival had an estimated roughly over 250,000 people, with people coming from 41 different nations and all 50 states.Today the festival brings in over 400 artist and celebrities to hold meet and greet sessions with their fans.
The CMA Festival is known to provide exciting activities and entertainment for the entire family. This year there are seven free concert stages, as follows: Chevrolet Riverfront Stage, Bud Light Plaza Stage, Belk Park Stage, Chevrolet Roadhouse Stage, Gildan Broadway Stage at Hard Rock Cafe, BMI Tailgate Party and HGTV Lodge. The artists performing on these stages will include all kinds of different country bands from the legends to the latest up and comers. Some of these artists include Zac Brown Band, The Oak Ridge Boys, The Band Perry, Rodney Atkins, Rascal Flatts, Phil Vassar, Neal McCoy, Madie and Tae, Little Big Town, Kellie Pickler, Keith Urban, Diamond Rio, Clay Walker, and Ashley Monroe.
